Yolanda Jameson has experience in federal and state tax matters with respect to individual, corporate, tax exempt organization, and pass-through entity tax matters, including the includability of income items, characterization of gain or loss, deductibility of loss items, and tax-advantaged transaction planning. She also represents taxpayers in state and federal tax controversies involving tax audits, appeals, and litigation before the Internal Revenue Service and The Florida Department of Revenue.

Ms. Jameson has represented buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions and has drafted a variety of corporate and unincorporated entity agreements, including partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, bylaws, and assignment agreements. She was also a visiting professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law during 2012-2013 where she taught Corporate Tax, Federal Tax Research, and a Tax Policy & Reform Seminar.
